Really interesting, since in California, at least in the San Diego  
area, nobody asks for Coggins certificates -- at least I've never  
been asked, and no horse show or event I have attended has required a  
certificate.  The only time anyone has a Coggins done is if they are  
buying a horse, or moving the horse across state lines.
