Please consult with your vet, this is only an opinion, and might not be applicable, depending on why Lyric tied up. ?

I would look first at the barley and then at the sunflower seeds. ? It is too bad that she is allergic to rice bran. ?What about corn oil? ?Depending on why she tyed up, substituting oil / fat for the grain might help.
