And, also realize that the rider didn't get to see what we all saw on the video during the event. She was on the horse! And, she was tired. And, the adrenalin was running. Yes, she probably made a poor judgment call. But, it was a split second call and I'm positive she regrets it, hindsight being 20/20. Jeez, louise............she's got 30 years competitive history and not a blemish on her whole career. Give her the benefit of the doubt! The document actually gives a lot of insight as to what was going through her mind at the time. And, she had absolutely NOTHING to gain by finishing the course. My we can be a harsh bunch!
