Regarding my worry about space between tailgate and
front of trailer with short V long-bed trucks, I'm
getting varying responses - ranging from "no space
problem at all", to "replace the tailgate with a net".

Perhaps my question should be, those of you who have
new Chevy trucks and gooseneck trailers - do you have
a space problem between the two? Could I still fit
extra water tank/propane bottles? or will I have to
replace the tailgate with a net to get through behind
there?
