I may be totally whacked, but is there a standard length of the neck on a
gooseneck trailer?  I guess I am thinking the part that extends from the
main body of the trailer over the back of the truck bed.  If not, I would
suppose the length of the neck on the trailer would determine if you could
open the tailgate or not.
