She never hurled in the vet line! She downed the Ensure,
said it felt good, then five minutes later asked if I
thought it would be OK if she quietly threw up in the
bushes. Since we were in someone's borrowed front yard
at the time (Michigan Bluff residents are kinder than
kind, allowing Tevis to take over their lives for the
day), I managed to send her in the direction of the
portapotty and she came back feeling *much* better :))

She was worried about riding CA Loop after Foresthill
in the dark and had been riding with someone on a grey
(all the better to see at night), so when that rider left
Michigan Bluff, we dragged her horse's face out of his
bucket of mash, pushed her back into the saddle with
instructions to stay with the rider on the grey at all
costs, so that she would have the same out-time as her
after the FH hour-hold, and sent her on her way with two
Gus, which she said afterwards saved her.
