The amount of molassas that might be in the shredded pulp is still minimal per feeding.

Supply and Demand - If beet pulp is being processed there, it can be done the way that people request. It takes extra effort to add molassas or process into pellets. I don't see why the processors wouldn't be able to offer plain loose pulp if people/distributors were requesting it.
