RE: [RC] Trailer Fire at Hahira - Karen StandeferIt's not just the noise. Generators put out a lot of fumes which make me feel bad and I can't help but think they would affect my horse if he's breathing the fumes all night. I live in the PNW and frequently run the heat in my trailer during the night. I have solar with 2 6-volt batteries which provides plenty of juice even for the forced air heat. Karen -----Original Message----- From: Raven Is there any chance that rides will allow generators to be run after "bedtime" in the future, given the obvious risk of using propane heaters? Gosh....I hope not, even the most quite ones are loud in the middle of the night. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
