Actually... It was a 3 day event/Horse Trial. Did the accident happen in 
Stadium? Or Cross Country?

Junior Novice is anyone under 18. Jump maximums range from 2'9" to 3'11" 
with some limits on spread width.

I also understand the rider wasn't riding her own horse, either?
