        Am I reading this post right... your saying that riders do their
    completions in steps... the movement, then pulse, etc?
        At a ride I was at earlier this spring a horse was fine on all except
    pulse (if I remember right), anyway once they got the pulse down then the
    horse was starting to stiffen up and was "off".  The vet said that there
    wouldn't be a completion because "fit to continue" meant everything had to
    be alright all at once.  In other words... the horse could come back when
    the pulse was down... but movement still had to be good.   The people
    working on the horse had argued that it was all right when the horse came in
    and that he had already "passed" on his movement.
        So... how is this supposed to work?
