Fw: Re: [RC] would appreciate imput on RP pad alternatives - judibnI love the separate RP booties, but was wrestling to change them, and recently purchased a Supracor Endurance Cool Back. Just did both a 30 CTR and a 50 endurance, and it's Perfect! I love it as did my horse. I pulled it up and it doesn't move an inch, and my horse's back loved it too! Well worth the money. I'd bought a Supracor, one piece, and it lifted the saddle too high and slid on his back. Just make sure and pull the pad well up into the gullet. Laney Karen Sullivan wrote: Hi folks. I have an RP and really like the bootie idea which leaves spine open, but might want an alternative pad. Am curious how many folks are using the skito pad with dryback on top, or supracor pads under the RP instead of booties. If you are using the supracor, are you using the ones that go completely across the back, or have split inserts? Are you using the endurance supracor or english one? I am also maybe trying to figure which one would work under a Freeform treeless for the other horse, and fit that saddle as well as the RP Karen =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
