I am very new to endurance but I have noticed that people put, a lot of
times, the number of miles completed by them or their horse, not how many
times the won. To me it will be huge accpolishment to finish my first 30
miles ( in January). I have been working very hard for it. I want to complete
30 miles with a healthy sound and happy horse. If this was not my goal then I
would not be do this. I hope to someday be able to work up to 50 milers. I
have much respect for those of you who are able to mileage by your name or by
your horse because I know exactly how hard you and your horse worked for it.
I will consider myself a winner when my horse and I complete those first 30
miles.....
