I agree with the AERC motto, but I'd like to reiterate the "altered" version that we kept chanting as our mantra in Dubai (and that someone else has already shared)--"To Finish First, First You Have To Finish!" With the pull percentage being far higher at these high profile rides, I think many riders occasionally forget that.
