Re: Joints
This is a "me, too." I was off horses for 6 years until I started doing
yoga. Hip openers are fabulous, also great strengtheners. When I did start
riding again, I had not one bit of soreness, which I attribute to the yoga.
Props help a great deal (blankets, ropes, bolsters) to enable you to do
poses that you would not normally be able to do. Find a good instructor. I
also use calcium/magnesium and some herbals to help with tightness and
spasms.
