Re: "Hungering for the bit"
Hi! I am searching for some advice/solutions on a small problem, that
I, of course, initially thought was a game but now is a pain in the
butt. Everytime I go to bridle either one of my horses, they lift their
head up in the air about four to five times before they settle and put
their heads down to take the bit/hackamore......I wrap my right hand
around the nose but sometimes it's alittle bit of a struggle......I
"want" them to hungrily take the bit/hackamore the first time........I
am not clanging the bit/hackamore on the teeth, etc, when I put it on
or off. It started as a game, my mistake.......thanks for any
response.....................
