What ever happened to the notion of:
a) watching where you are going
b) controlling you horse's speed such that feet may be removed from the path
of danger
c) taking personal responsibility for failure to do a or b?
This sounds like an excellent way to encourage the landowner to seriously
reconsider the wisdom of allowing rides to take place on the trail in
question...and before you know it, one more trail is closed to equestrial
use!
