I wish I could help you more. But, I'll describe what I saw and perhaps you
can find it.

Travelling down the highway there was a little dog on a motorcycle with a 
sort of
harness on that had straps to attach him to the gas tank. They were buzzing
along at 70 miles per hour.

If you could find that I'll bet you could have him on your horse.
