Ride refunds for most of the
Sunrise Ranch and
XP Rides are pretty simple - you
show up to the ride after having pre-entered online.  Ride. 
Pay for the days you ride.  Go home.  Go online and enter the
next ride :).  There are no late entry fees and you don't have to
pay for anything other than what you actually did.  Lunches are
included however dinners are extra when they are available.

Two notable exceptions to these standard procedures are the Cuyama Oaks
Pioneer XP, and the Lost Padres 2-day ride - both of which are in the PS
region in California.  Both of these rides are limited entries rides
and require pre-entry with checks and/or a signed liability release in
advance of the ride.  Riders cannot simply show up at either of
those rides.  The deadline is this week for Cuyama so if anybody
entered and has not yet already sent in their check you need to let us
know immediately.  

Dave and Annie like to keep things as rider friendly as possible. 
In return, it is much appreciated when riders pre-enter so that awards
can be made in advance and the right amount of food can be
purchased.
