I realize that state laws do vary. I work at a law firm and our attorney informed me that a general release such as this does not vary so "greatly" that it would be likely to be thrown out of a court of law, that's why I offered it. In this day and age nothing is going to keep you from being sued but a release of liability definately will give you a leg to stand on that you wouldn't have otherwise.
