[RC] Insurance - Sheila_LarsenWhen we talked to our insurance folks about the same thing they thought of speed events as racing. I equated endurance riding (mmm maybe that is a good reason to talk about endurance riding not racing - I'll duck now) to something like showing or a long trail ride with a maximm amount of time to finish and yes I said it was a competition. For strength events I would think draft horse pulling. but with that said i for one will look into the AERC insurance. As for someone riding your horse I'd be careful I make people sign a release (I know may not be worth anything but we do it for endurance rides). And Allah took a handful of southerly wind, blew His breath over it, and created the horse.... Thou shall fly without wings, and conquer without any sword. Oh, horse. ~Bedouin Legend =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
