Ok....I'm busted for doing it the slow way.  But they were my GOOD panties...and I didn't want to ruin them  !!!!

 

PS.   I have a very good friend ( who will remain nameless) that on a 100 mile ride did just that.  She borrowed my knife and cut off her black panties.  The best part is...I have a picture of her holding them up and smiling from ear to ear.  She did tell me, that I can never show it to anyone until she is dead and gone  !!!!
