No - Cavel was granted a restraining order from June 1st through the 14th ,
then an extension from the 14th to the 28th That means they were
slaughtering from June 1st through June 28 and they were slaughtering as
fast as they could put the horses through, at least 200 per day. The judge
refused to uphold their temporary restraining order on the 28th and the IL state
law was endorsed by the Judge. However, another appeal on behalf of the
Belgium owned company is expected.
