There is coastal bermuda and as Jim points out Tifton 44 which is a hybrid bermuda hay and calie bermuda which is a high protein hybrid that is used by a lot of dairy farms in the SE.For the most part I fee Tift 44. It is a very good horse hay. It is a little more coarse than coastal (which can be very fine) and does well with horses. Truman Jim Holland wrote:
