RE: [RC] [RC] one more feed question - holly walker

Yes, I was wondering if it good horse hay. I had been buying wheat hay but the vet told me that it wasn't very nutritional. I thought I would check out the Bermuda since I found some and see if it was good stuff.I have not come across any Timothy. That's what I was told by someone else was really good stuff. Well I will get me a couple of bales of the Bermuda and see. Thank you for your reply.

I assume you mean is it a good horse hay.  It?s great stuff?.been feeding it for 40+ years, my hay of choice.  High in protein, horses love it, smells wonderful.  Tift44 is the best, look for weed-free.  Just bought 68 bales?my grower finally got enough rain for a cutting?not quite as aromatic as usual and a little drought stressed, but my guys love it.  Very dry here in North Georgia.
