When you ride horses you have to know that you are taking a risk. Things do happen that can hurt you or your horse. I can't believe you would be allowed to sue someone over an incident like that. Sueing doesn't really happen in NZ, but God forbid if it does its not over something stupid like this. Katie (New Zealand)
