Re: [RC] FEI---Super YUUCH! - Barbara McCrarySince I have a pathological fear of falling off a cliff or similar height, I probably will never ride Tevis again. When I rode it (and finished three times), the trails were not as conspicuously frightening to my eyes. Just looking at the video of riders passing Pucker Point is enough to give me the creeps.Barbara ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mike Lewis" <mikelewis@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "Barbara McCrary" <bigcreekranch@xxxxxxxxxxxx>; "L gin" <ladurgin@xxxxxxx>; <Ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, April 26, 2007 5:02 PM Subject: Re: [RC] FEI---Super YUUCH! Very true. Have heard that the best things to do at Tevis are to know your horse, to shoe for the terrain, and BE CAREFUL to help your horse find the best footing. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
