There are lots or reasons that people don't eat dairy, ulcers and acid reflux are one, which is my issue. You can get enough calcium from leafy green vegetables (spinach, some lettuces, broccoli, collard and mustard greens), dried fruit and nuts, and tofu, among other foods.
