I think that wind had a lot to do with the horses getting out. I bet that something blew by them. It probably was a trash bag that resembled a rampaging troll and they fled for their lives. I just never would have expected soooooo many of those little electric corrals. Of course, I was shocked at the sheer number of people there! I walked around looking for some badly arranged corrals to photograph for my convention slideshow and couldn't find any. It was a pretty well set up group but stuff still happens! Ended up just taking pictures of amazing trucks to impress my students.
