RE: [RC] Understanding the horse partnership - Tracey LomaxJamie wrote: I live in California, but one place I've ridden a couple times has a wild zebra herd. They used to belong to WR Hearst, now they're completely on their own. They're absolutely amazing to watch as they all streak accross the fields. They get wound-up by the horses when we ride by, often circling us around & around a few times before getting bored of us and moving on. But really, there's nothing quite so breathtaking. There's a company here called Equus Safaris which offers you riding trips through the game parks on safe horses. It's a really wonderful holiday. And with the Rand being so pitifully weak against every currency other than the Rupee and the Zimbabwean dollar, for most Ridecampers it's a cheap one!
