I'm all for safety but it's reality check time.  I've been at about 30 rides as a 
rider or volunteer, mostly in a tent, and neither I nor anyone else at those rides 
was harmed by a loose horse.  Let's hear from everyone who's been around a tent at a 
ride and a loose horse has stepped on someone in that tent... and how many rides you 
were at where no one IN a tent was hurt.
