Re: [RC] was hay, now 26 days of rain - Julie FullerWhat I do is feed hay on the ground in the muddy areas, then it reseeds the pasture. Come "spring" you'll have tons of lush green grass. Feeding whole oats is nice too... I don't feel bad about the horses "wasting" some, cuz they get to eat it later! Same thing with BOSS, and any other whole grain.And if you feed whole flax, you get gorgeous blue flowers too!
