I have been using a Wintec Endurance Pro (older model).
I think the Wintecs are
good saddles and I've always loved the "wash and wear" aspect of
the synthetic saddles, but I did find that the Endurance Pro *did* put me in
the chair position that you are talking about. The stirrup bars are
placed forward. It does not fit my current horse very well so I am
currently looking to replace my saddle and would
probably be getting another model of Wintec if I had not discovered
the Reactor Panel saddles. :) The price is what most people balk at, and
I did have to save money up in order to
consider buying one, but the adjustability and flexibility of the panels
really drew me to it since I have a young unconditioned horse who will
surely change over the next couple of years. And if I can avoid having to
change saddles again in a few years it will be well worth it. I am considering one
of the dressage saddle models.

Perhaps the newer model of the Wintec dressage saddle (with the changeable gullet
and CAIR panels) would be good for you? I don't believe the sizing of the saddles
has changed, although you could ask the company to be sure.
They are pretty helpful and I think you can try the saddle first before committing
(at least I was able to when I bought my saddle from a tack shop in my area).

Hope this helps a little :)

/I am new to the sport. I've completed one 30 mile ride and placed=

/It is a dressage style. My 13year old daught has taken it over=

/another as they are obsolete know. Any other wintecs anyone can=
/recommend. I do not like the dreaded chair position.
