Re: [RC] Warner Springs 2006 - Tiffany D'VirgilioThis was a tough but gorgeous ride. I like the climbs and technical stuff-it lets me know how pretty the views are going to be. You can't see that stuff unless you climb up the mountains. Great trail. We saw the sun go up, and were still out there as it went down and the stars came out on horseback. What a great day and ride. As usual everyone was so nice and helpful. Thanks to Terry and her volunteers for all you do. I met the best people out there. I had a "virgin" horse and we did a steady pace, and I rode with people who make me proud of being a part of endurance community. People nicer than I have met in all my other disciplines combined. And boy, that pool felt good! Thanks again to all including the farrier at lunch-see you next year! Tiffany On Jan 8, 2006, at 1:25 PM, Annie wrote: I just got back from Warner Springs last night. Since I made the decision to pull her from the ride (she has dental issues), I thought I would go anyway to help out and also try out a new lens I just bought for my business. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
