A Wall Street Journal article Jan. 20th had this interesting tidbit 
about Dubai.
The article was about Dubai's penchant for setting world records, i.e. 
tallest buildings, longest sofa, biggest indoor aquatic tank, largest 
manmade islands etc.. Dubai News noted the fact that the WEC set a world 
record for the largest attendance at an endurance ride. One of the 
islands, the second Palm Island, will have 7.5 miles of homes built 
forming arabic text that can be read from arriving planes. The text was 
penned by UAE's minister of defense, who happened to come in 2nd and 
BC'd (as things currently stand.)

In english it will read: "Take Wisdom from the wise--Not everyone who 
rides a horse is a jockey."
