We got wonderful news about our sister's arabs that were shot in May. It 
turns our her mare was pregnant after all! Last night she delivered a 
beautiful bay filly! Though the stud was lost, he will live on this 
little gem! The kids are so excited they've been calling everyone they 
know. We all cried and laughed at the same time. Mare and foal are doing 
fine, the foal seems to have a kink in her tail bone - the vet is coming 
to check her out on Monday. I have some registration issues - I'll post 
that separate. We are still hoping they find the @&* that did this. We 
have come up with a few more leads for the sheriff to follow up on, but 
they don't seem to want to put a whole lot of effort into the investigation.
