[RC] AHA registering a foal from deceased stud - Kari HanesMy sisters foal was born last night. The stud was originally from our farm, he was shot in May. They wanted to get him registered with the amnesty program but he was killed before that happened. My question is - does anyone know if the AHA makes exceptions for extenuating circumstances like this? I have proof of his lineage, both parents are registered, there are three full siblings of this stud that are also registered. With the situation papers aren't really necessary, we're just estatic about the foal, but I would sure like to surprise her with a solution. I don't really want to contact AHA just yet because it's not my foal and I know they don't like to register purebreds as part arabs.
