[RC] Santa Cruz Housing avail. - Steve Shaw

Thought anyone on these lists would be interested in a rental allowing horses and dogs that is available in the Santa Cruz/Monterey area.

It is: located in Aptos, which is between Santa Cruz and Watsonville, a Large three bedroom house that has an upstairs master bedroom that is almost a house itself, two miles from the freeway and beach, next door to a horse boarding barn (read help with feeding!), direct access to 6 to 8 miles of redwood trails that also connects with Deb Cooper's training ranch, has trailer parking, well fenced dog area and room for about 3 horses.
The owner, a friend, only wants $2,150 a month, which here is a such a steal I might even take it and rent out my house!
