What kind of nourishment do you, as an endurance rider, eat and 
drink during the ride in order to keep from falling out? 

Peanut butter & jelly sandwich
Fruit Dinosaurs
Pringles
Crangrape Juice
Gatorade (Never any of the other sport drinks)
Turkey Sandwich
Yogurt

By late in the ride I'm eating anything that doesn't run from me. Haven't
tried the beet pulp *yet*
