Re: [RC] boarding rules - indiancpi managed a boarding stable for several years..<G> sure wouldn't do it again! you need to have a clear cut understanding about who cleans, picks stalls, feeds, turns out, etc. our owners were to clean their own stalls, we'd pick, feed and turn out for them. amazing how some owner's just NEVER get around to cleaning them. then you have the owner's who turn their horses out in the riding area instead of the pasture or turn out paddocks. other's wanting to ride in the ring will of course complain. then you have the "borrowers" somebody else's brush is handy so they'll help themselves.
