Hello...I am so sorry he is still missing. I was just wondering if you have contacted the USFS down there? I am a Range Con with the FS in Oregon and I personally work with all the ranchers who run on the FS land in my area. They, for the most part, are the owners of the adjacent private lands too. Anyhow...if you contact the Range Con there they will probably get the word out. The ranchers cover so much country within the boundaries of the allotments that I am sure they could be of some help. They see corners of the forest most people do not even know about and they are pretty skilled dealing with horses. This is all assuming they have not gotten rid of all the grazing permits where Rocky and the other horses were lost.
