It would be a lot of work, but if you sew, it would be great! For your costume, you can purchase a child's large pattern and make it a bit bigger. For the horse, you could create a snap-on type of black suit (a blanket with snap on legs-get the idea?) then put a bow-tie at the neck?? Have fun!
