Re: [RC] crack/line hoof - Karen SullivanVery interesting product (Milllenium Patch)...appears it can really stabilize and protect hoof while it heals itself... Just great this farrier has developed a way to help these horses that seem to show pretty advanced and long term injuries that weren't adressed a long time prior..... But the "before" photos are all just horrifying to me in that not a one of the ones I looked at appeared to have a decent shoeing job to begin with....I can't imagine anyone trying to use those horses for any kind of performance! You see high, steep heels, totally overgrown feet, bad angles.etc. And to clean things up, apply the patch and expect the horse to go back into racing or whatever...well I guess it's all about the money... Does anyone else see the same things I do?
