Horses keep their conditioning far longer than people do. Depending on when your next two 50s are, you could almost not ride her at all and she'd do fine. With the proviso that you not ride faster than she's been conditioned for! If she's beginning to act burned out, IMHO, she'd do better with an extended rest, or some totally different kind of riding which would refresh her mind, than more miles down the same trails.If all your riding is always at the same pace, you might think about doing some type of interval training: some long slow days, some short fast days. Not only does it work your horse's body differently, it's also more fun for both you and her. Remember, this is all supposed to be fun! Have fun riding this weekend.
