Pancake mix only requires WATER.  Eggs keep for several days without

refrigeration.<<<

Wow, you mean these people could be cooking breakfast every day? Silly
us.... Wait, they have nothing to cook with, or cook on........

Now while many of our endurance riders who camp alot, and have roughed it
could have figured out how to start a "campfire", and find something to cook
on, keep in mind how many of us who DO camp, might not be able to figure
that out. Uh huh, like these folks would know what to do with stock piled
pancake mix, and eggs.....
