The old "0" width range was 4 1/4" to 4 5/8"  (4 4/16 to 4 10/16 for 
comparison to the new sizes)

The new 1's are 4 9/16" to 4 7/8" hoof width. There is also a length measure 
of 4 15/16- 5 1/8.
The old boots had an adjustable heel strap, the new ones don't.
If your horse is at the very smallest end of the new "1" range the old 0's 
should be a snug fit.
