I would not call it swayback, just a pronounced dip. So much so that my Sportsaddle doesn't give an even sweat pattern. Would the Specialized be a saddle to try for that problem? I had been reluctant to get a new saddle until we finish rehab for the chip in his fetlock, but I guess I'm also concerned that he might need a good fit in order to rehab. (Only downside is finding which one and the dollars flying, jetting out of my wallet) Dyane You've already noted several of the reasons I've decided to now sell Specialized, so I'll repeat a few and add a few -- Super weight distribution and spinal clearance, easy to fit, nice quality, one tree size fits all (it does, how great is this?!), super stability, adjustable stirrup positions and several style and color options. I have two very hard to fit morgans.They are= extremely short backed, one has withers, one doesn't. I think= this saddle is fabulous. It is as easy to fit and change as they= say.
