My "train of thought" (since you believe you have discerned it) is that the
AERC continue the prudent application of all the rules which govern this sport,
ensuring that horse welfare is of paramount importance.
In that vein, my experience with ride vets has been that they (the vets) do
a wonderful job.
No need to infer, intimate or insinuate my "train of thought"....thanks,
