==========================================

As a veterinary drug rep I can share with you some of the
treatments that I have used and sold and recomended that have had rave reviews.
The favorite all time repair is the use of silvadine
cream(silversulfadiazine)generic and carravet wound gel. These 2 products will
help make it pretty again. Th silver sulfadiazine I sell to Olympic level horse
vets who keep their
horses well esp., on a 3 day course. The carravet helps rebuild
tissue at a tremendous rate. when you and the vet get to that
point use them together, the carravet keep reapplying to keep it
moist and it will turn red a runny. This is pure building blocks. re apply
lightly 3x daily in the beginning. I give it 2 weeks with this stuff. and
scratches will resolve in a week.
I have had a horse stand in 5 strands of Barbwire after chasing the neighboors
dog and only got the front feet over when he ran out of land. I can tell you it
wasn't pretty but he waited for rescue. This stuff healed up so fast I was
riding him to a fireworks display
5 days later and has not a sigle scar from it. Silvadine is used in burn
patients and works on both bacteria and fungus.
I have alot of drs using it now and wondering how they did with out it. I have
multiple references for this combination if your
dr needs it. Very sorry you have to go throught this but we can
share our knowledge and help out. Ps. If he is too up in the stall 10x10
electric coral on grass helps you can move it around Reserpine and/ or vit b-1
crumbles may take the edge off of him. the carravet does not sting silvadine
should be ok too. Good luck, Wendy
