In the CTR group I belong to (MOTDRA) we start out separately 30 to 60 minutes apart out time is tracked from when we go out. Truman is right, controlled starts are a great tool for an RM. I hope that RM's all over the world will take note of these wrecks and carefully consider using controled starts.
