RE: [RC] suspensory ligament injury - Jerry & Susan MilamThere's a new procedure written up in "The Horse" where they are taking bone marrow and other tissue with high counts of stem cells and other growth factors and injecting this into the ligamments that are damaged to promote a stronger repair to the ligaments and even tendons as they heal. That is really amazing and I'm sure it will be available for humans as time goes on. I know it's being done on the east and west coasts from what the article had to say. From the stats it's been very successful in most cases. Don't know how expensive it is tho.........
